Tuscana Terms and Payment Policy

Welcome, we like to disclose all information that is included in your fun filled vacation. Below is in writing the Terms and Payment Policy. Please review the Terms and Payment Policy and fill out the information needed at the bottom.

Payment Policy: A deposit is taken for your stay by Orlando Welcome Center at the time of booking and your credit card information is collected and will be forwarded with reservation to Tuscana Resort. The credit card will be charged 14 days before arrival for the entire stay room tax, and if applicable cleaning fee. If the credit card is not valid at the time of charging the reservation will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.

Once you make a reservation request, any changes, cancellation or revisions must be requested fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed travel dates and is subject to a $75.00 nonrefundable fee. Orlando Welcome Center is not responsible for delay or cancellations due to strikes, mechanical breakdowns, acts of nature, or any airline rescheduling or cancellations.

No Show Policy: All no shows will be responsible for the full accommodation and tax cost of the unit for the term of booking.

Cleaning Fee is $35 for a two bedroom and $45 for a 3 bedroom if guest stays less than 5 days 4 nights.

Rates are subject to 13% tax on villa charges.

A $300 refundable security deposit is applied to guests card at check in.
